A term for those who are permakids due to the idea of childhood innocence. One may be a permakid due to wanting to retain or get back one's childhood innocence, one whose age is related to the concept of childhood innocence, etc.
I actually don't think the concept of childhood innocence should continue to be so pushed; this is like a whole rant that I'll spare you from, but in short, the concept of childhood innocence is very new in society and only serves to further push puritanical ideals onto kids. I know a lot of people still connect with the idea, but let's stop treating kids like china dolls, okay?
